Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or defect, including the original packaging. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or mishandling

  • Damage caused after delivery

If approved, we may offer a replacement, or refund, at our sole discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
